Particulate Matter 5028i monitor is designed for measuring particulate material in the air with high precision and accuracy. It uses beta attenuation technology, which is approved by the US EPA for simultaneous measurement of PM2.5 and PM10. The monitor has a measuring range of 0-10 mg/m3 or 0-10000 μg/m3, with a detection limit of 1 μg/m3. It is equipped with an internal pump that has a volumetric flow of 16.67 LPM. The monitor also features selectable voltage outputs, RS232/RS485 ports, TCP/IP, 10 status and fault relays, and a current output of 0-20 or 4-20 mA. Additionally, it has 16 digital inputs, 8 inputs of 0-10 VDC (optional), and 8 analog outputs selectable 0-1 or 0-5 VDC. The monitor operates at a temperature range of 4-50 °C and requires a 100-240 VAC 50/60 Hz current for operation.
