The Portaccount 8040 monitor  for performing fit tests on half face and full face respirators, using a particle counter an adjustment factor is determined as the difference in the concentration of particles in the environment with respect to the inside of the respirator. This equipment allows to quantify how good the seal of a respirator is in the morphology of a person, ensuring their real protection when they are using it in their regular operation:

  • Monitor for fit testing for half face and full face respirators by means of particle counter principle by condensation using high purity isopropyl alcohol.
  • Use with half facepiece, full facepiece, NIOSH 100 Series, NIOSH 99 Series or any respirator with an efficiency greater than-equal to 99%
  • Measurement under OSHA 29 CRF1910 protocol, CSA, HSE and ANSI protocols also available
  • Testing using FitPro Ultra software compatible with Windows 10 based Tablet (Requires USB port for initial configuration) via Wi-Fi connection
  • New interface with animations and easy-to-use step-by-step explanatory guides for the operator
  • Adjustment Factor range from 1 to 10,000
  • Accuracy +/- 10% of the Adjustment Factor
  • Internal pump with volumetric flow of 350 cm3/min
  • Temperature range of 0-38°C
  • USB-A, USB-C and Wi-Fi port (For connection with Windows 10 Tablet or PC)
