The leak detector is a tool designed to quickly and accurately identify leaks of an ideal gas in a variety of industries such as pharmaceutical, manufacturing, research and development, and medicine. It uses microthermal conductivity detector (MTCD) technology and is capable of detecting most compounds or mixtures, with special sensitivity to Ammonia, Argon, Butane, Helium, Hydrogen, and SF6. With a response time of 1 second (T90), the leak detector has an audible and visual alarm through a high-brightness LED and an intuitive LCD screen with a graphic menu. Readings can be displayed in cc/sec, g/yr, or mg/m3, and the detector can be operated using AA alkaline batteries or rechargeable NiMH batteries for continuous 40-hour use. It also has a datalogger capacity for 10 points and a flow of 2 cc/min. There is also a version available for the detection of Helium in the presence of high magnetic fields and the detection of ultra-low levels.

The MVI l is the monitor for fast and accurate real-time measurement of mercury vapor, with a response of less than 3 seconds and an ideal detection range for various applications such as mining, recycling, industry that uses mercury as a material, oil industry, refining, bioremediation among others:

  • Monitor for mercury measurement using the double beam Ultraviolet Absorption principle.
  • Measurement range of 0.1-200 and 1.0-1999 mg/m3.
  • Alarm preset at 20 g/m3.
  • Rechargeable NiMH battery for up to 6 hours of operation.
  •  3 second response time
  •  Quick recovery without having to wait long recovery periods.
