The 3DATX parSYNC® iPEMS is a portable emissions measurement system that is capable of measuring both gaseous and nanoparticle emissions using a proprietary cartridge system. This system features a “hot-swap” capability that allows for emissions acquisition of 4-gas measurement, NOx measurement, and nanoparticle measurement.

The 3DATX system also features a patented multi-plex basic particle sensor system that captures multiple, dissimilar “images” of particles using Ionization, Scattering, and Opacity sensors. The system outputs data for Particle Number (PN) and Particulate Mass (PM) measurements, in addition to the various gaseous emissions measurements.

Overall, the 3DATX parSYNC® iPEMS is a versatile and comprehensive emissions measurement system that can provide detailed information about both gaseous and nanoparticle emissions. It is designed for use in a variety of applications, including vehicle emissions testing, industrial emissions monitoring, and research and development.

The 3DATX parSYNC® iPEMS is designed with sustainability in mind. The ability to easily replace sensor cartridges on-site reduces downtime and transportation emissions associated with sending equipment back for servicing. Additionally, the recycling program offered through reSYNC™ shows a commitment to reducing waste and incentivizing customers to make sustainable choices. This is an important consideration for businesses looking to reduce their environmental impact and improve their sustainability practices.

The 3DATX parSYNC® FLEX iPEMS Unit is a small and lightweight wireless OBD data logger that allows for user-defined ECU data for LD and HD vehicles. It also provides real-time GPS and ambient meteorology data such as pressure, temperature, and humidity. In addition, it has ports for additional measurements, such as exhaust flow rate and after-treatment temperature.

The parSYNC® FLEX iPEMS is powered by a customizable software interface, which can be accessed via an interactive LCD display or from a linked laptop or smartphone. The device has built-in WiFi access-point to transmit data in real-time to a laptop or smartphone. It has a fully automated software that can be customized for specific requirements and a simple and quick calibration process (BAR97 Hi/Lo, etc).

The parSYNC® FLEX iPEMS unit has a hot-swap replaceable sensor cartridges (4-Gas, NOx, and PN/PM) that eliminates downtime in the field. It is also rugged and weather-resistant, and easy to maintain and operate. Its internal power supply is an 18V standard lithium-ion battery pack that provides a battery life of 2 hours typically (20 C ambient, warm-up using wall-power). Extended operation is possible when connected to CUBE™.

The CUBE™ FLEX is a support unit that is connected to the parSYNC® for sample conditioning and extended power supply. It has features such as exhaust sample condensate removal and volatile particle reduction, and its extended power supply is triple, hot-swappable 18V standard lithium-ion battery packs. The CUBE™ FLEX is also small and lightweight, easily transported to a job site, and has a battery life of 2 hours typically, hot-swappable for extended operation.
