Fixed gas sensor for monitoring combustible gases using Non-Dispersive Infrared (NDIR) technology such as saturated hydrocarbons (Methane, Propane, Butane, Pentane), Vapors (Diesel, Gasoline), Alcohols (Methanol, Ethanol), Acetylene, Butadiene, Toluene among many others. It is ideal for measuring in environments where gas is constantly present, avoiding the disadvantages of a traditional catalytic sensor (poisoning) and giving a better response to heavy molecules in the environment:

  • Sensor for measuring combustible gases using the Infrared measurement principle (NDIR).
  • Ranges from 0-100% LEL or 0-100% Vol.
  • Patented technology of 4 IR lamps and 4 wavelengths.
  •  4-20mA output signal.
  •  Response time from 35 to 50 seconds (T90).
  •  LCD graphic display
  • Compensation for temperature, humidity and pressure.
  •  Optional sampling pump.
  • Operation by current 15-30 VDC
  •  Equipment with ATEX intrinsically safe approval for zone 0
  •  Degree of Protection IP67 or IP56
  •  Expected life of 5-10 years for the sensor.
